Product Description
The roller-bar-type axle quenching and tempering production line consists of a heating furnace, quenching mechanism, tempering furnace, tempering cooling tank, transmission mechanism, traveling trolley, electrical control system, and temperature control system.
Heating method: electric heating/gas heating
Cooling method: quenching fluid cooling, water cooling
Main Uses
It is primarily used for quenching and tempering treatments of automotive components such as half shafts, long shafts, crankshafts, and connecting rods. Workpieces are placed on a loading tray, which can be stacked in two layers depending on production volume. During quenching, an automated fork lift raises the workpieces and lowers them into the quenching tank, while the loading tray remains outside the tank. The production line is configured in a U-shaped layout, with the loading trays circulating automatically.
