Product Structure:

　　1. The system primarily comprises the furnace body (including the furnace lining, heating elements, furnace power supply system, and sealing device), a temperature control and recording system, a workpiece support roller assembly and its drive system, a measurement system, and a workpiece cooling and lubrication system.
　　2. The furnace body is assembled from upper and lower sections and, in accordance with process requirements, can be divided into five detachable independent segments. To facilitate disassembly and reassembly by operating personnel, a quick-locking mechanism is employed to connect the individual furnace sections. At the junctions between the furnace body and the upper and lower furnace hoods, a fixed-diameter (φ600) circular sealing port is provided, and several adjustable sealing elements are pre-fabricated to accommodate different workpiece shaft diameters, allowing for flexible configuration based on the specific workpiece.
