Carriage-type heat treatment production line
The carriage-type heating (heat treatment) furnace is a standard, energy-efficient batch furnace with a operating temperature range of 150–1,100°C. It is primarily used for stress-relief annealing, normalizing, and full annealing of various large forgings and castings.
Mesh-Belt Isothermal Normalizing Furnace
Primarily used for (isothermal) normalizing and annealing heat treatments of various forgings and gear blanks.
It is primarily used for isothermal normalizing heat treatment of small and medium-sized forgings, but can also be employed for conventional normalizing of such forgings. It features convenient operation, low maintenance effort, and energy efficiency and environmental friendliness.
RX3 Box-Type Tempering Furnace
Designed for heating (annealing and tempering) of general metal parts in a natural atmosphere. Furnaces in the 650°C and 300°C series are equipped with centrifugal circulation fans on the furnace roof. The furnace chamber dimensions and temperature can be customized to meet specific product requirements.
It is primarily used for controlled cooling of forged parts after forging, reducing their temperature from 900°C to below 600°C. This process can replace normalizing for certain products, delivering significant energy savings and substantially lowering production costs for enterprises.
Forklift-type quenching furnace
Quenching and tempering heat treatment for large and medium-sized components, primarily gear rings. A forklift-style loading mechanism is employed to lift the workpieces out of the furnace, retract them slightly, lower them again, and then proceed with quenching, enabling fully automated, unmanned production throughout the entire process.
